Councilor Corran asked under general policy projects of specific interest to the city, for me I do believe some of the things that happen in particular very extractive things like server farms often are built to take advantage of incentives like this and I would ask that we might consider articulating as things that are priorities to us are not looking to incentivize businesses that will just take from our water in particular at the industrial park but I am sure there are other extractive things that I can imagine that could happen and the most proximately water. I don’t know if it is possible to include that as part of what we are interested in that I would like us to articulate that we are aiming to sort of build sustainability as part of this as well. I don’t know if that is possible but I would just like to say that is the one concern that I have in thinking about incentivizing folks here and I see, and I think we should and I want us to be there and I want it to grow and thrive and I don’t want it to be at the expense like things like our water.
