Councilor Bencomo said I think last time you all presented, gosh I don’t remember at this point when that was, but I remember feeling really confident at the end of that meeting regarding the timeline of obligated funds. Today I am a little bit nervous. Four million dollars is a big chunk of money. I don’t want to send a single penny back and so I am just curious if you could speak to that because this $4.3ish million in obligated funds doesn’t mean that we have money for because I have plenty of ideas, so I think a lot of us do. That is not what it means, right? Like those four million dollars are designated somewhere?
